These terms govern your use of fairwayconnect.net (the "Site") operated by Fairway Connect ("Fairway Connect", "we", "us"). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is right now

Fairway Connect is a professional networking platform built around golf. The Site is currently a pre-launch waitlist. Joining the waitlist registers your interest and lets us contact you when the service becomes available in your area. It does not create an account, guarantee you access, or commit us to launching in any particular city or by any particular date. Features described on the Site are our plans and may change before launch.

2. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The Site is intended for working professionals.

3. The information you give us

You agree that the details you submit — your name, email, industry, city and handicap — are accurate and belong to you, and that you will not submit information on behalf of someone else without their permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms Fairway Connect or others
• Submit false, misleading or automated (bot) entries to the waitlist
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its database or the systems it runs on
• Scrape, copy or republish the Site's content without our permission
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site

5. Our content and trademarks

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logo and the Fairway Connect name, is owned by Fairway Connect or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site uses services from third parties (for example hosting, fonts, photographs and email delivery) and may link to third-party sites such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and their own terms apply to your use of their services.

7. No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general information about Fairway Connect. It is not business, financial, legal or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any launch, feature or timeline described on the Site will occur.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairway Connect and its owners, officers and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fairway Connect from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with the date at the top, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Fairway Connect regarding the Site.
